About
Release confidence for the whole squad
CogentRun is an AI teammate for your whole Scrum team. It reads the ticket, reviews the pull request, turns plain English into end-to-end tests, runs them on real browsers and real phones, and hands back evidence anyone on the team can read.
Why we built it
Most teams do not skip testing because they do not care. They skip it because writing and maintaining automation costs more time than the sprint has. So coverage lands on one or two people, regressions slip through, and everyone else waits for an answer to a simple question: does this actually work?
CogentRun removes the scripting bottleneck. A product manager can describe a flow in a sentence and get a real, running test. A developer can attach a ticket and get the edge cases they forgot. QA stops babysitting selectors and starts designing coverage. Leads get a report they can forward without translating it first.
Then we kept going, because the scripting bottleneck was never the only one. Quality is decided long before a test runs — in how a ticket is written and in what a pull request changes. So the same agent reads the issue and cross-references it against your codebase, reviews an open pull request for risk, drafts the scenarios, runs them, and posts what it found back where the work already lives.
What we believe
- A claim is not a result. Saying a test passed is not the same as showing it did. Every goal is split into numbered requirements and a run only reports success when each one has been confirmed on its own evidence — not merely because nothing crashed.
- Proof beats opinion. Every run ships a recording, step screenshots, and a summary — no "works on my machine".
- Tell you whose bug it is. When a control is found, operated, and simply does not respond, that is your application misbehaving — the thing you bought this for — and it is reported that way, not as the tester giving up.
- Proactive QA Planning. The AI automatically reads your Jira tickets and pull requests, suggesting what needs to be tested before any code is even shipped. It stops bugs at the planning stage.
- Real devices, real results. Emulators hide gesture, layout, and browser bugs that customers still hit.
- No lock-in. Verified tests export as standard Selenium and Appium scripts. Take them and run them yourself, for free, whenever you like.
- Pay for what you use. A flat platform fee plus a usage wallet, so cost tracks real runs instead of seat count.
