CogentRun is a software-as-a-service product. There are no physical goods, so this page explains how access is delivered instead of a shipment.

1. No physical shipping
CogentRun does not sell or ship any physical product. Everything you purchase — the platform subscription and the usage wallet — is a digital service delivered electronically. This policy exists to confirm that, not to describe a shipping process.
2. How access is delivered
Account access: available immediately after signup and email verification — no waiting period.
Paid plan features: unlocked automatically as soon as payment is confirmed by Dodo Payments.
Usage wallet top-ups: credited to your organisation's balance as soon as the payment succeeds.
Exported test scripts and reports: generated on demand and downloaded directly from the app — no mailing or courier involved.
3. Delivery issues
If a payment succeeds but access or wallet credit does not appear within a few minutes, email info@cogentrun.com with your organisation name and payment reference and we will resolve it promptly.
